This website is operated by ZTRADEZ, the private futures trading mentorship run by Zander. "ZTRADEZ", "we", "us" and "our" refer to ZTRADEZ. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
02Information you give us
We only collect personal information you choose to send us through the forms on this site.
- Mentorship application: your name, trading experience, the markets you trade, your biggest challenge, why you want mentorship, the amount you are ready to invest, how you heard about ZTRADEZ, your email address, and your Discord username if you add it.
- Student review form: the name or handle you want shown, time in mentorship, your rating, your review, your email address, and whether you give permission to publish the review.
03How forms are processed
Both forms are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., using Netlify Forms. Submissions are available only to ZTRADEZ through its Netlify account. Netlify handles this information under its own privacy policy and security practices.
04Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs: like most websites, our host may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site.
- Fonts: text on this site uses Google Fonts. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Videos: YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video loads, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to it.
- No tracking cookies: this site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
05Storage in your browser
After you submit an application, your answers are saved in your browser's session storage so the thank-you page can show them back to you. This copy stays on your device, is not sent anywhere else, and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.
06How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether mentorship is a good fit.
- To contact you about your application or mentorship by email or Discord.
- To provide mentorship if you become a student.
- To publish your review on our website or social media, but only if you gave permission. Your email address is never published.
- To understand which channels bring people to ZTRADEZ.
We do not sell your personal information.
08How long we keep it
We keep application and review submissions for as long as needed to review them, provide mentorship, and keep reasonable business records, or until you ask us to delete them.
09Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
10Children
This website and mentorship are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of storing or transmitting information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
